Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings, services, teaching, and purchases made with Sonographic Ultrasound may be cancelled or refunded.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Facial mapping services
  • Tailored and bespoke ultrasound scans
  • Educational services and consultations
  • Teaching, training, workshops, and courses
  • Digital products or downloadable content (where applicable)

Any service-specific terms will be clearly stated at the point of booking or purchase.

2. Facial Mapping & Tailored Ultrasound Scans

Due to the personalised nature of facial mapping and tailored ultrasound scans:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

This is because preparation, time allocation, and professional resources are reserved specifically for the individual client.

At our discretion, we may offer a rescheduled appointment in exceptional circumstances.

3. Teaching, Training & Educational Services

Live or In-Person Teaching

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a refund or transfer.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

Online or Virtual Teaching

  • Access to teaching materials may be provided immediately after booking.
  • Once access has been granted, refunds may not be available.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

In accordance with UK consumer law:

  • Digital content that is accessed or downloaded immediately is non-refundable once access has begun.
  • By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree to the immediate delivery of content.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Refunds or rescheduling outside the standard policy may be considered at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Bereavement
  • Exceptional professional circumstances

Supporting documentation may be requested.

6. Cancellations by Sonographic Ultrasound

If Sonographic Ultrasound needs to cancel or reschedule a service, scan, or teaching session, you will be offered:

  • A full refund or an alternative date or service
