All prescribing, treatment decisions, and clinical management remain the responsibility of the treating qualified prescriber or healthcare professional.
Ultrasound findings must be interpreted alongside full clinical assessment.
If you experience urgent symptoms such as severe pain, visual disturbance, skin blanching, neurological symptoms, or suspected vascular compromise, you must seek immediate NHS medical care via 111 or 999.
Our services may not be suitable for everyone.
You must not attend if:

We reserve the right to:
* Decline or postpone appointments for safety
* Convert an appointment to consultation only
* Refuse scanning where clinically inappropriate
Where scanning cannot proceed due to undisclosed medical information, refunds are not guaranteed.
All clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to their appointment.
* The questionnaire must be completed fully and truthfully
* Failure to complete it may result in cancellation or delay
* If responses indicate the service is unsuitable, we may postpone or decline the appointment
Providing inaccurate information may affect eligibility for refunds or rescheduling.
Completion of this questionnaire forms part of informed consent.
Where applicable:
* Reports will be sent to the email address provided at booking, unless otherwise agreed
* Clients are responsible for ensuring contact details are correct
* Reports contain ultrasound findings and professional opinion only
Reports do not replace diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment planning by your clinician.
With your consent, or where referral is made by a practitioner, findings may be shared with the referring clinician.
Sonographic Ultrasound provides diagnostic imaging and assessment only in suspected filler complications.
We do not prescribe or administer dissolving medication.
